Welcome to AITAH ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the AITAH mobile application.
• Personal Information (Account Users): Email address, hashed password, first and last name, terms acceptance status and timestamp, email marketing preferences, push notification token and preferences, account creation time, and linked device ID.
• Device & Usage Data: Device ID, daily analysis usage count, saved verdict history, last analysis timestamp, premium status, IP address (for rate limiting), device type, OS version, and analytics data.
• Content Data: Screenshot images you upload, AI-generated verdicts and explanations, image URLs, and timestamps.
• Support Data: Support messages, bug reports, feature suggestions, timestamps, and user or device identifiers.
We use your data to provide AI-powered analysis, manage accounts and subscriptions, enforce usage limits, improve performance, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Uploaded screenshots are securely stored and processed. Images are sent to OpenAI’s Vision API to generate verdicts, which are then saved to your account or device history.
We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Expo, and Google Cloud infrastructure to operate the App.
Active accounts are retained indefinitely. Deleted accounts are archived for 30 days before permanent deletion. Analysis history remains until you remove it.
You may delete your account, view saved analyses, opt out of marketing emails, and manage push notification preferences at any time.
AITAH is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
