FrameMorph (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your data when you use the FrameMorph mobile application (the “App”).
FrameMorph allows users to upload personal photos and generate AI-powered age-progression transition videos.

• Account Information: Email address, name, UID, and account timestamps via Firebase Authentication and Firestore.
• User Content (Photos & Videos): Photos uploaded by users and generated output videos.
• Person Selection Coordinates: When uploading a photo, users tap the person they want tracked. We store normalized X/Y tap coordinates (values between 0–1) to assist AI processing. These are not biometric identifiers.
• Device Data: Push notification token and limited analytics data.
• Payments: Purchases handled via Apple App Store and Google Play using RevenueCat.
Uploaded photos may contain images of your face.
No Facial Recognition: FrameMorph does not perform facial recognition, does not extract facial embeddings or biometric identifiers, and does not build or maintain a facial recognition database.
No Biometric Storage: We do not collect, generate, or store facial feature vectors, facial geometry templates, or biometric identifiers.
User-Directed Identification: Users manually tap the person they wish to track in a photo. Only tap coordinates are stored to guide AI processing.
Purpose: Face-containing images are processed solely to generate the video requested by the user. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or training public AI models.
Retention: Uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days of upload. This short retention period allows time for video generation, download access, and limited support requests. Photos and face-containing images are never stored indefinitely.
Uploaded photos are temporarily transmitted to Replicate (Kling v2.1 model) solely to generate transition videos.
Processing occurs server-side via secure cloud functions.
