By accessing or using Inked Up, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law) to use the App.
Inked Up allows users to visualize tattoos on their body using AI-generated image previews, including virtual try-ons and tattoo cover-up design generation.
You retain ownership of all photos and designs you upload. By using the App, you grant us and our service providers a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App’s functionality.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, non-consensual, sexually explicit, or infringes the rights of others.
All tattoo previews are generated using AI and are for visualization purposes only. Results may not be fully accurate, realistic, or representative of a final tattoo.
Free users receive a limited number of credits. Pro subscribers receive unlimited generations and additional features.
Credits are consumed when a generation attempt begins, regardless of satisfaction with the result. Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google and subject to their policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
